Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a refund or exchange for any merchandise purchased within 17 days of the purchase date. However, certain conditions must be met when returning or exchanging items for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, free of pet dander and smoke, and in their original condition, accompanied by the original receipt or a receipt search in the customer's reward account.

All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, or you can receive a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits do not have an expiration date. Credit card refunds may vary depending on your credit card company and can take between 5-14 days to appear on your statement or balance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only accept item(s) within our 17-day window. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on FINAL SALE items. All items ending in .98 are final. Gift cards are also final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for 17 days only. You may exchange your item(s) by bringing it to our boutique. For online exchanges, you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item(s) and return the original item via store or email us at Shayna@ShaynaGibbonsKeeley.com.
