Return & Exchange Policy
All returns are eligible within 17 days from the transaction date. After 17 days, a store credit will be issued. Holiday purchases will be accepted for return or exchange until January 31, 2026.
We’re happy to provide a refund or exchange for any merchandise purchased within 17 days of the purchase date, as long as it’s not marked Final Sale. Items must be unworn, free from pet hair and smoke, and in their original condition, with a receipt or lookup through your rewards account.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, or you can opt for store credit, which never expires. Credit card refunds may take 5–14 days to appear, depending on your card issuer. Gift cards and store credit never expire and cannot be returned for cash.
Damaged Item(s): Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it promptly. We only accept items within our 17-day return window.
