SGK Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a return or exchange on eligible merchandise within 17 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free of pet dander and smoke
  • Be in original condition
  • Include the original receipt or be verified through the customer’s reward account

Final Sale Items

  • All FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Items ending in .98 are considered final sale
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as merchandise credit
  • Merchandise credit and gift cards do not expire
  • Credit card refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage claims must be reported within the 17-day return window.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 17 days of purchase
  • In-store purchases may be exchanged directly at the boutique
  • For online exchanges, a new purchase must be made for the replacement item, and the original item returned separately
