We’re happy to provide a refund or exchange for any merchandise purchased within 17 days of the purchase date, as long as it’s not marked as Final Sale.

Items must be unworn, free from pet hair and smoke, and in their original condition. Plus, you'll need the original receipt or a receipt lookup through the customer’s rewards account.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, or you can opt for store credit, which never expires. Credit card refunds may take 5-14 days to appear on your statement or balance, depending on your credit card company. Gift cards and store credit never expire and cannot be returned for cash.*
