Shipping and In-Store Pickup

Yes! SGK Boutique offers free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States for both guests and SGK Style Rewards members.

Yes. Members of SGK Style Rewards may receive exclusive free shipping codes as part of their rewards and promotions.

To apply a free shipping code:

  1. Sign in to your SGK Boutique account
  2. Go to Coupons & Offers
  3. Enter your code at checkout when placing your order

At this time, SGK Boutique only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Orders are usually processed within an hour when placed during boutique hours. If placed after store hours, they’ll be processed within an hour of opening. Customers will receive their order details via text or email, depending on their preference.

Returns and Exchanges

SGK Boutique accepts returns within 17 days of purchase for in-store orders and 17 days from the delivery date or pickup date for online and local pickup orders.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale (0.98)
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates

Yes. Exchanges may be made within the 17-day return window for a different size or item, depending on availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Yes. Online orders may be returned in store within 17 days of the delivery or pickup date, as long as the items meet our return policy requirements.

Yes. Returns without a receipt may be accepted only if the transaction occurred within the 17-day return window and the purchase can be located through your SGK Style Rewards account.

If the purchase cannot be verified through the SGK Style Rewards account or transaction records, the return may not be accepted.

To begin a return, please contact SGK Boutique with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. Bank processing times for store returns may take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact SGK Boutique within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Yes. Joining SGK Style Perks is completely free. Once you create an account with SGK Boutique, you can start earning rewards points and accessing member-only perks right away.

Yes. SGK Style Perks works both online and, in the boutique, so your purchases always count toward earning points and rewards.

Simply sign in online using the email or phone number you used to make your purchase in our boutique. All accounts are synced with the information provided in-store.

Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them at checkout for discounts on your purchase. Your rewards will automatically show up when you log into your SGK Boutique account, and you can use coupon codes to snag extra savings or special offers.

In many cases, rewards can be combined with sales or special promotions, but some exclusions may apply depending on the offer.

Points expire after one year if not used. Logging in and making purchases regularly helps keep your rewards active. Some promotions and offers may have different expiration dates.
